- Abstract
To determine the reasons for increase in the yield and quality of Achyranthes with the increase in years of planting, the soil bacterial community was analyzed using the terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP). Results showed that with the increase in the number of years of continuous monoculture, the soil bacterial diversity gradually decreased and the bacteria involved in carbon, nitrogen, sulfur cycling accumulated.
