- Abstract
The article focuses on a study on a method by which combinatorial techniques increase throughput of in situ photoelectron spectroscopy (PES) interface studies of Zinc sulfide. It presents details related to variation in deposition temperature with thickness and include measurement of multiple interface band alignment by combining orthogonal gradients of film thickness.
