- Abstract
Based on the analysis of the state of fuel gas in the fuel gas pipeline network of refining and chemical enterprises according to the gas state equation,Bernoulli equation and patented technologies of fuel gas calorific value, the model relationship between the total heat supply of fuel gas in the pipeline network and the fuel gas composition, temperature and pressure is obtained- For the unbalanced fuel gas in pipeline network caused by switching tower of coking unit and mainly supply by purchased natural gas, advanced control is established the fluctuation range of pipeline network pressure is reduced by 56. 2%,the high-frequency fluctuation is significantly eased, and the heating stability of pipeline network fuel gas is improved. With the construction of styrene plants in refining and chemical enterprises about 15% of ethylene is extracted from catalytic dry gas, which is one of the important sources of self-produced fuel gas, breaking the balance of fuel gas in the original pipeline network. When it is necessary to supplement purchased natural gas or vaporize liquid hydrocarbon the pressure and calorific value of fuel gas in the pipeline network will fluctuate affecting the stable control of each heating furnace. Using advanced process control technology to solve this problem is a very useful attempt.
