- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 39-year-old male patient with Pott's spine of T12-L1 vertebrae with paraparesis posted for left sided thoracotomy and corpectomy with fusion of T12-L1 vertebrae. Details of the medical conditions of the patient are presented. Information on how the surgical team handled the intraoral kinking of double lumen tube (DLT) intraoperatively during one lung ventilation (OLV) is also given.
