- Abstract
The article presents a study arguing that termination of pregnancy may not be the only option for women diagnosed with live caesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) at an early gestation. It explores the possibility of expectant management in CSPs resulting in progression to third trimester as d morbidly adherent placenta (MAPs) with live births.
