- Abstract
The article presents a case study a 34-year-old male presented with acute chest pain following a Bentall procedure for an ascending aortic aneurysm with aortoannular ectasia and severe aortic regurgitation. Topics discussed include computed tomographic angiogram (CTA) revealing ostial coronary artery aneurysms involving the coronary artery buttons and an acute aortic dissection; and how cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) was established with an innominate artery cannula and bicaval cannulation.
