- Abstract
By adding nano-silica powder and negative oxygen ion powder to the waterborne polyurethane coating, a high negative oxygen ion release, surface layer was prepared. Then the negative oxygen ion coating is sprayed onto the flexible base plate, and the interior wall decorative plate was made. The release of negative oxygen ions was 24 700pcs/cm³, the gloss can reach 30°, and the flatness was less than 2 mm. Since the nano-silica formed a sol in the water-based paint and the water evaporated during the film formation process, the pores and multiple catalytic reaction sites were formed, generating a large amount of negative oxygen ions and eliminating the shielding effect of dense polyurethane coating film on negative oxygen ions. The engineering application results showed that the concentration of negative oxygen ions of the decorative plate in the room can reach up to 29 375 pcs/cm³ and the lowest was 2371 pcs/cm³. There was a great influence of temperature and light on the release of negative oxygen ions. The higher temperature and stronger radiation of light, the higher release of negative oxygen ions. The higher oxygen flow will take away the negative oxygen ions and reduce its concentration.
