- Abstract
In order to reduce the adsorption of clay on polycarboxylate superplasticizer, a small anti-mud monomer was prepared and introduced into the molecular structure of polycarboxylate superplasticizer by free radical copolymerization to form anti- mud sustain released polycarboxylate slump retaining agent. Then its anti-mud properties were tested and comparison was made to the commercially available product slow-released polycarboxylate herbicide M21. The results show that for different cement types, with 2.0% montmorillonite in the temperature range of 0-40°C, KN-4's moisture retention and anti-mud effect and adaptability to cement type and temperature are better than M21, KN-4 is applied to concrete, its anti-mud and moisture-preserving effect is better than M21, and it has a significant improvement effect on the strength of concrete.
