- Abstract
Based on the principle of chemical foaming, the foamed gypsum composite material with phase-change materials was prepared by direct mixing method with the ternary inorganic cementitious material system of building gypsum, white cement and slaked lime as the substrate. The physical and thermal properties were tested, and the formulation parameters of foaming gypsum with better comprehensive performance were optimized by orthogonal analysis. The morphology of hydration products was analyzed by SEM, and the relationship between thermal conductivity and apparent density was established. The results show that the compressive strength of the foamed gypsum test block with embedded phase change energy storage materials meets the requirements of more than 0.3 MPa, and the 28 d strength has no shrinkage, within the given horizontal range, the optimal preparation parameters are 87% gypsum, 2% phase change material, 6% hydrogen peroxide, and 0.3% calcium stearate.
