- Abstract
The article discusses the letter submitted by the American Coatings Association (ACA) to the U.S. Congress on November 6, 2015. The letter urges the Congress to address concerns regarding the National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS), a revised ozone standard released by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). ACA's opposition to the lowering of the national ozone standard lead to the act which according to them could will have negative implications to the industry.
