- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 42-year old woman with chronic left ankle pain that began after having a twisting ankle injury. She was admitted to an emergency department, where she underwent foot radiography. She was diagnosed with fracture of anterior superior process of calcaneus (ASPCS), which was confirmed through imaging with computerized tomography (CT) and multiplanar reconstruction.
