- Abstract
The article presents the results of a study to determine which is the most abundant bacteria between Bartonella and Enterobacter. Topics include the methods commonly used for analysing microbiome communities such as 16S rRNA amplicon analysis and whole-genome shotgun sequencing, the cultivation of the house dust mite, Dermatophagoides farinae, and immunomodulatory role of the bacteria, Bartonella species and E. faecalis.
