- Abstract
The article discusses the decision by the Dutch Supreme Court in the 2018 case Diag v. Czech Republic. The blood plasma trading company Diag Human sued the Czech Republic after the then-Minister of Public Health of the Czech Republic sent a letter to Novo Nordisk, expressing concerns about Diag's business ethics and credibility. The court rejected the recognition and enforcement of a final arbitral award imposed by an arbitral tribunal.
