- Abstract
The article presents the findings of a cross-sectional study which examines the presence of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae in the pig farmers' nasal mucosa in Northern Germany. The study used uni- and multivariable logistic regression analysis to identify potential risk factors for Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae positivity in farmers. It revealed that the risk of positivity was significantly associated with confirmed infection among suckling pigs in the herd.
