- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 75-year-old man who undergone abdominal ultrasound for deranged liver function tests investigation. Longitudinal grey-scale and colour doppler images showed the superior mesenteric artery running between the enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes, which referred to as the sandwich sign mesenteric lymphoma. Moreover, computed tomography (CT) guided biopsy of a retroperitoneal lymph node mass revealed low-grade B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma of lymphocytic subtype.
