- Abstract
A method for quantitative determination of triethylene diamine in activated carbon by ultrasonic extraction and gas chromatography with internal standard was established.The method used methanol as solvent and tetramethylenediamine as internal standard for quantitative detection by gas chromatography.The extraction method was optimized, through experiments, the optimal conditions of ultrasonic extraction were determined as extraction temperature of 50 ℃,extraction solvent volume of 20 mL and extraction time of 10 min, and the methodology was verified.The results show that the linearity of the method is good under this condition, R²>0.995 0.The limit of detection was 0.10 g/L and the limit of quantitation was 0.33 g/L.The recoveries were 84.22%~93.08%,the intra-day relative standard deviations were 4.60%~6.29%,and the intra-day relative standard deviations were 5.07%~7.03%.The method is simple and fast to operate, and the quantitative results are accurate and reliable, which can meet the needs of actual sample detection and provide an effective reference for guaranteeing the monitoring efficiency of triethylene diamine in activated carbon.
