- Abstract
The article presents two case studies related to diffuse idiopathic pulmonary neuroendicrine cell hyperlasia (DIPNECH). The first case was a 72 year old female who was diagnosed to have a lung lesion during an investigation for a dry cough, and a mild to moderate FDG -avid 18 millimeter left lower lobe lesion which implies a primary lung tumor. The second case was of a 56 year old female who is suffering a gradual increase dyspnoea for several years with decreased exercise tolerance.
