Reports a case of a 57-year-old female health care worker with cat-scratch disease that presented as a mass lesion of the optic nerve head that evolved into a more typical appearance of neuroretinitis. Result of the physical examination; Diagnostic procedures conducted; Identification of the Rochamimaea henselae; Ophthalmic manifestations associated with cat-scratch disease.
