Charges brought in fraud case.
- Abstract
The article reports on the fraud case which was filed against Russell Lewis Oakes in Hesketh Bank in Preston, England due to his false representation as a veterinary surgeon. A disciplinary case was filed against him in April 2008 for registering himself as a veterinary surgeon with a forged veterinary degree certificate. Oakes has been bailed to show at North Sefton Magistrates' Court on March 20, 2009, along with the condition that he will no longer practice as a veterinary surgeon.
