- Abstract
The aesthetics of automobile roof will directly affect customers’ desire to buy. In order to improve the pattern effect of automobile roof materials, three-comb and four-comb warp knitted structures were designed respectively using WKCAD warp knitting process design software on the precondition of ensuring the basic performance of automobile interior. Optimized design and simulation of the pattern structure were conducted. Ordinary polyester and cationic polyester were used as raw materials to analyze the effects of patterns produced by different raw materials. The results show that when cationic polyester fiber was used as the raw material of the front comb or the first two combs, the pattern design effect after dyeing was better. In a complete cycle, the more the number of rows crossed by the comb bar, the better the pattern design effect. The four-comb fabric is more suitable for the special pattern design than the three-comb fabric.
