- Abstract
The article presents a cohort study which examines the intrauterine growth restriction and changes in aortic isthmus and ductus venosus blood flow of fetuses relative to other arterial Doppler parameters. Longitudinal changes of the fetuses are analyzed to estimate mean point at which the Doppler parameter becomes abnormal. It concludes that aortic isthmus provides management protocols that improve fetal survival.
