- Abstract
Segmental vitiligo (SV) is a distinct subtype of vitiligo characterized by linearly arranged depigmented patches that are unilaterally distributed (Hann & Lee, [3]). As ELs are widely used in vitiligo clinics, excimer stamp test can readily replace skin biopsy when seeking to determine the presence/absence of melanocytes within a lesion.
