- Abstract
The article discusses a case which described hemorrhage from small bowel metastases, with coexistent local recurrence of large bowel adenocarcinoma, presenting with melaena. It was stated that the said relation has not been reported. Visceral angiography was useful in defining the source of bleeding and small bowel resection offered suitable palliation.
