- Abstract
The article presents the discussion on identification of procedural contaminants and quality control of 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing. Topics include multidisciplinary team discussion (MDT) discussion with integration of clinical, radiological, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), and pathological data; and fibreoptic bronchoscopy with BAL being performed through the oropharyngeal route.
