- Abstract
The article discusses the findings of a clinical trial by K. Kamijima and colleagues about the use of sertraline for panic disorder. The study found that sertraline did not show a significant advantage over placebo in the prevention of relapse of panic disorder. However, the findings suggested that sertraline resulted in fewer panic attacks and a higher rate of response than placebo.
