- Abstract
The article presents a study which explores the changes in the usage of messengerRNA (mRNA) isoform due to Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) infection. It is inferred that 90 percent of the global adult population is infected with EBV. The impact of the conversion of EBV-negative Burkitt's lymphoma cells (BL41) to latency III expressing BL41/B95-8 cells on EBV infection is highlighted.
