- Abstract
An editorial is presented in which the author discusses that further investigations are needed to check can diffusion magnetic resonance imaging be the future biomarker for measuring therapeutic efficacy in multiple sclerosis. It further suggests that in clinical terms the most important biomarkers are still the T2- and T1-enhancing lesion burden but the conclusion is not definite because the rate of change in diffusion parameters
