- Abstract
This article is part of the Topical Collection on Image of the month Malignant, PSMA-positive lymphatic spread is a frequent finding on PSMA-ligand PET/CT in prostate cancer (PC) patients with biochemical relapse (BR) [[1]-[3]]. On CT, lesions correspond to a tubular structure that represents the thoracic duct (b-c, red arrows on transverse slices of fused PET/CT and CT).
