- Abstract
Aims: Inflammatory molecules and their transcription factor, nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB), are thought to play important roles in diabetes-induced cardiac dysfunction. Here, we investigated the effects of pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (PDTC), a NF-κB inhibitor, in diabetic mice.
