- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 65-year-old diabetic man. He was presented with a fleshy, irregular, and firm swelling which is a lobulated nodules in middle of the flexor aspect of right forearm. He was then undergone bone marrow aspiration biopsy and has shown erythroid hyperplasia with features of iron deficiency erythropoesis. Presence of CD30+ primary cutaneous large cell lymphoma (PCLCL) is also detected.
