- Abstract
The article focuses on the positive and negative effects of arbitration. According to certain observers the arbitration has fallen into a period of decline and decay, with inefficiency and that it has taken aback marked by too many rules, excessive costs, and undue delay. On the other hand some observers say that international arbitration has matured from productive exchanges among arbitrators, legislators, and professional associations.
