- Abstract
Mediastinal T-lymphoblastic lymphoma mimicking invasive thymoma on 18F-FDG PET/CT in a young patient CT scan (Figure 1A-D) revealed a soft tissue mass (diameter of 15.0 cm) in anterior mediastinum with compression of the bilateral brachiocephalic vein (BCV) and right pulmonary artery (RPA). Graph: Figure 2 18F-FDG PET/CT scan detected the mass that exhibited elevated FDG activity (arrowheads, SUVmax of 7.5) with intralesional necrosis.
