- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 45-year-old white male patient who had a history of cutaneous psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Columns of parakeratosis with accumulation of neutrophils were revealed in a histopathological examination, the nail bed epithelium was acanthotic, and the treatment included oral methotrexate.
