- Abstract
The article presents a case of a six-year-old boy who was referred to a pediatric cardiology clinic due to a heart murmur. The transthoracic echocardiography confirmed that the patient had a ventricular septal aneurysm that is capable of producing right ventricular outflow obstruction. The patient also passed through Doppler echocardiographic examination which found that he only had a minimal left-to-right shunt.
