- Abstract
In order to achieve low-carbon and environmental protection in functional colored vortex spun yarn preparation, blending uniformity of PHBV modified polyester fiber, cold pad-batch dyed cotton fiber and common polyester blended yarn was increased by twice fiber package blending. The process principle of" multiple and light quantitative grasp, more loosening and less beating, light carding and less falling, full blending and less damage to fiber" was followed in opening picking process. The process principle of" moderate weight per unit, strengthening carding, flexible carding, medium gauge and rapid transfer" was followed in the carding process to improve the quality of card sliver. Three drawing processes were selected, and the process principle of" light weight per unit, more doubling, medium gauge, slow delivery speed and reasonable draft distribution" was adopted to improve the quality of drawn sliver. According to the fiber characteristics, process parameters including spinning speed, nozzle pressure and so on were reasonably set in air-jet vortex spinning process. In addition, in order to reduce production fluctuations, the temperature and humidity in each workshop were strictly controlled. Finally, the polyester/cotton/PHBV modified polyester fiber 50/35/15 air-jet vortex colored spun yarn with 19.7 tex was successfully spun. The dyed spun yarn showed excellent mechanical property and better bacteriostatic function. The breaking tenacity was reached up to 18.55 cN/tex. The bacteriostatic rate of staphylococcus aureus was reached 97.29% and the bacteriostatic rate of Escherichia coli was reached 98.42%.
