- Abstract
The article presents cases on the role of co-infection with Anaplasma in Borrelia burgdorferi-associated primary cutaneous marginal zone B-cell lymphomas. The first case involves a 62-year-old man presented with cutaneous marginal zone B-cell lymphoma and showed a nodular lymphoid proliferation of small lymphocytes within the dermis. Other cases examined include a dense nodular infiltrate of lymphocytes separated from the epidermis, and a top-heavy atypical lymphocytic infiltration.
