- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 29-year old male patient with long-term scalp skin disorder. It says that the man's head has a cropped hair and deep furrows which resembled that of a custard apple fruit, but his hair density, facial and extremity configurations, and mental development were normal, based from the medical diagnosis. It discusses the onset and forms of cutis verticis gyrate (CVG) in males. The author suggests the need for surgery in patients with such types of deformities.
