- Abstract
The article investigates the impact of cannabinoid receptor type 2 (CB2) receptor system on Alzheimer's disease (AD) pathology by establishing a transgenic human mutant amyloid precursor protein (APP) gene background for pathological companires with CB2 receptor-sufficient transgenic mice. It has confirmed the role of the CB2 on tau pathology.
