- Abstract
The article discusses first case of a pediatric patient with an acute course of Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM). It has been reported that the patient needed intracranial monitoring, steroids and emergency hemicraniectomy for getting positive outcome while treating ADEM, which is an inflammatory immune-mediated disorder.
