- Abstract
In order to explore the rationality of the safety valve hydraulic pulse pressure test method in GB 25974. 3-2010 Powered support for coal mine-Part 3: The hydraulic control system and valves, the simulation model of the energy storage impact loading system was established with AMESim. The hydraulic pulse pressure test simulation calculation of the mine safety valve was carried out, and the pressure change curve before the valve was obtained. The simulation results are basically consistent with the field test results. On this basis, the simulated system pressure was 1. 45, 1.55 times of the nominal pressure, and the hydraulic pulse pressure test simulation tests of the FATA160/40, FATA400/40, and FATA1000/40 safety valves with or without a voltage stabilizer were carried out. The results show that reducing the impact load, increasing the pressure stabilizing volume and increasing the displacement of safety valve can effectively reduce the impact of instantaneous impact, which verifies the rationality of the technical requirements of safety valve hydraulic pulse pressure test in GB 25974.3—2010 testing standard.
