- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 46 year woman presented with a one-year history of skin lesions on the upper chest and neck. It notes erythematous reticular patches with superficial atrophy and occasional hyperpigmentation located in sun-exposed areas of the neck; and mentions diagnosis of Poikiloderma of Civatte which is a benign condition associated with chronic sun exposure.
