- Abstract
The present work is the result of a research process, which was carried out in order to know the influence of emotions on consumer behavior. Emotions can influence a person when making a purchase. An analysis by gender was also carried out, in order to observe if there was a different behavior in terms of emotions and the relationship with the consumption between genders. This work is made up of the following form: a theoretical set where some elements are described around components of emotion and the consumer, a methodological section where the objective, hypothesis, instrument design, population, sample and finely results are mentioned.
