- Abstract
In conclusion, annular syphilitic lesion on the penis is a rare manifestation of secondary syphilis at an unusual location, which can be misdiagnosed with other annular skin lesions. Dear Editor, Annular secondary syphilis is caused by I Treponema Pallidum i , which rarely occurs in the genital region.1 We herein describe a case of annular secondary syphilis mimicking annular lichen planus with nonspecific location and histologic hallmarks.
