- Abstract
The article focuses on a case report of a trauma patient with hepatic damage and describes the use of Peitzman paste in the management of intraoperative medical bleeding. It mentions that the paste was placed on the raw surfaces of the hepatic parenchyma to ensure continuous hemostasis and to prevent bile leakage and the paste was produced from fresh frozen plasma, Avitene, and thrombin.
