The article focuses on how tribal people of Africa (Bushmen) resolve their conflicts and settle their differences. It examines comprehensiveness and effectiveness of the dispute resolution system of bushmen and reflects how those involved in the field of dispute resolution can learn from this dispute system design. It highlights and discusses functions which an effective conflict management system performs in dispute resolution.
