- Abstract
The article offers information on the University of Pennsylvania's LJ S 55 manuscript exemplifies in many ways the encyclopedism prevalent in 13th-century Europe. It mentions that the French manuscript is composed of four different works including eponymous Image del Monde, originally composed around 1246 by Gossuin (or Gautier) de Metz. Also discussed is the collation model of the manuscript.
