- Abstract
The article reports a case of a 57-year-old white male patient with severe haemophilia A and multiple arterial thrombi due to large cell vasculitis. The man presented with acute pain located in the left lower abdominal region radiating to the left scrotal area. It is noted that the patient was treated with anticoagulation in the acute phase, and was switched to antiplatelet therapy after three months. Also FVIII replacement therapy was used to be able to start anticoagulants.
