- Abstract
The article offers information on a research that analyzes the effect of exercise training on the muscle strength of upper leg and walking capacity in persons with multiple sclerosis. It is mentioned that the cross sectional study was conducted on 52 people with multiple sclerosis and their muscle strength were measured by using isometric and isokinetic dynamometry. It is observed that walking capacity can be improved by focusing on knee extensors and flexors muscles.
