- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 61-year-old woman presented with the chief complaints of dysosmia , dysacousis, ear fullness, wheezes, swelling of bilateral submandibular glands, and seven kilogram (kg) weight loss in four months. Topics include findings on physical examination, the potential of dupilumab monotherapy to resolve mass lesions, and advice to consider using dupilumab monotherapy only in patients without life-threatening lesions.
