- Abstract
The article examines the microwave-absorbing properties of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE)/ethylene-octene copolymer (POE)/carbonyl iron powder (CIP) composites. It cites the low frequency of the absorbing peaks of the LLDPE/POE/CIP composites as the CIP content in the composites increased. Dielectric loss and magnetic loss exist in the LLDPE/POE/CIP composites. It cites the potential of LLDPE/POE/CIP microwave-absorbing materials (MAM) for industrial application to MAM.
